Purpose of the processing:

To manage the sending of information when it is requested; provide interested parties with information on the services provided by the HOTEL, where appropriate; and manage bookings and billing processes.

 

Data storage time:

Data will be kept until its erasure is requested by the data subject, for which it will be sufficient to send an e-mail to info@vicentehome.es with "baja El HOTEL" in the subject line and attaching the data subject's identity document. Legitimacy of processing: Data subject's express consent.

 

Communication of your data:

The HOTEL will only communicate your data—in cases where it is allowed by law—to professionals who collaborate with the HOTEL, subject to a non-disclosure agreement in all cases.

 

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

All persons have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not the HOTEL is processing their personal data.
