The Monumental Ensemble of the Los Arcos Aqueduct, located on the Rambla de Las Zorreras, in Alcantarilla, between the Agua Salá area and the Camino de los Arcos, is considered one of the first vestiges of what is now known as the Huerta de Europa.

Of Arab origin, for D. Manuel López Campuzano this “architectural ensemble is made up of three rows, attached, of stacks, vaults and boxes or cequetas, corresponding to the establishment, during different historical phases, of an original aqueduct (Alquibla), of its extension (Turbedal) and the aqueduct of the Dava irrigation channel”.
